Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our website visitors are using our website. We do so without knowing or storing any personal data. Because of our set-up, no email, no first name, last name, company name or IP can be discovered using this tool. 

Your IP address is anonymized. We can only tell the country you are coming from.

Facebook Pixel

We are a marketing agency. So we run marketing campaigns to attract new clients to Press Play. We use the Facebook pixel to do two things:

1) Assess the performance of our ads

2) Retarget past visitor with different ads.

Linkedin Insights

We are a marketing agency. So we run marketing campaigns to attract new clients to Press Play. We use the Linkedin Tag pixel to do two things:

If-so

We use If-so cookies in order to display certain texts or images to certain types of website visitors. For example, we use this tool to show a pricing table in Britsh Pound (GBP) to website visitors coming from the UK.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is our CRM. We use it to keep track of our interactions with prospects and clients.

All the information stored in our CRM are information you willingly gave us during the lifetime of our business relationship.

Stripe

We send your email and company physical address to Stripe. Any other information (should you choose to pay by credit card) will be collected by Stripe directly. No billing/PCI information is handled/stored in our systems.

When does Press Play processes you personal data?

We create a record in our CRM as soon as you booked a first call with us. We will keep this record archived if you choose not to become a client only for internal study of your case. You can ask us to delete it by emailing us.

If after your first call with us, you want to become a Press Play client, we will update your record in our CRM with more details about your company and more complete contact information.

For all Press Play clients, we process: names, firstnames, phone numbers and email addresses, company complete address (for billing purposes).

In the CRM files, we also keep track of the total amount of services billed during our partnership. We will keep this record archived if you choose not to become a client only for internal study of your case. You can ask us to delete it by emailing us.

With whom does Press Play shares your personal data?

No one but our CRM tool (Pipedrive) and Invoicing tool (Stripe).

We will NEVER use your email address to build custom advertising audiences on advertising platforms.

All other data tracked from website visit is fully anonymized.

The rights you have concerning your data

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data stored by Press Play, the right to edit your personal data stored at Press Play, and the right to delete some or all your personal data stored at Press Play.
